Laura Linney

Laura Linney, born February 5, 1964, in New York New York U.S.A. was an American actress who is known for her portrayal of the tough but vulnerable character. Linney is a member of a family of actors her father was a playwright, Romulus Linney. Linney received her degree of Brown University in 1986 and afterward attended the Arts Theatre School in Moscow as well as graduated at the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) New York City was her first stop in the 1990s. Her first appearance was on Broadway and eventually receiving praise for her roles in Six Degrees of Separation and Hedda Gabler.
