Rhona Mitra
Mitra appeared as the live-action model for Lara Croft, the lead character of Eidos Interactive's Tomb Raider video game series prior to when Angelina Jolie took the role for the two Tomb Raider films (2001-2003). Mitra was no. 46 on Maxim Hot 100 Women of 2001. She played Christopher Lambert's love interest in Beowulf. She played Scott Wolf's illicit love interest on Party of Five, her first major role. Mitra had a small role in Hollow Man, a film about a neighbor who gets raped and murdered by Kevin Bacon. In the role of Alejandra "Ollie", Klein was the main part in Gideon's Crossing's medical drama. Mitra then had roles in Ali G Indahouse, Sweet Home Alabama, Stuck on You and also played lead roles in Highwaymen and Spartacus. Mitra was Tara Wilson in The Practice's final season. She was then able to reprise her role in the spin-off Boston Legal, but she was not able to reprise her role until the end of season 2. Mitra was Kit McGraw in season 3 of Nip/Tuck 2005. Mitra then went on to appear in Skinwalkers, The Number 23 and Shooter.In 2008, Mitra starred in the leading role in the action/science fiction film Doomsday as Major Eden Sinclair (sometimes mistakenly named in some databases as being Caryn Peterson), and in 2009 came to be a part of Underworld: Rise of the Lycans as Sonja she was the daughter of the powerful vampire older Viktor (played by Bill Nighy). While filming, she grew fond of her vampire fangs even refusing to remove them when they couldn't be recognized. "I set the fangs up the first day. I found it odd that they were there. I kept them in throughout the entire filming process as well as every word I spoke. Stargate Universe was a series that had three episodes featuring her.
