Morgan Fairchild is an American actor from the United States. She was born Patsy McClenny in February, 1950. Her fame grew during the latter part of the 1970s and into the early 1980s, with recurring roles on several TV shows where she typically portrayed her glamorous appearance. Fairchild began her career in The CBS Daytime soap drama Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. Fairchild made her debut in 1973 when she played Jennifer Pace on CBS' Daytime soap opera Search For Tomorrow. The actress played Jenna Wade for the first time in 1978. In the following year she landed her first lead role in the NBC series Flamingo Road. (For this show, she was awarded a Golden Globe Award nominated Best Actress for Television Series drama). In 1984, she starred in ABC's short-lived primetime soap Paper Dolls which followed by a stint as a character in Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts in 1985 through 1986. Fairchild is also an actor in theater and played guest roles in television shows, including Murphy Brown (for which she received a nomination for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest actress in a Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill as well as Friends.
